Please allow 2-5 business days for your bracelet or necklace to be handmade and shipped.
Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping in Australia.
All items are shipped with Australia Post.
Soli & Isla is now shipping to New Zealand, Asia including Japan, Singapore & Hong Kong, Europe including France, Germany, Italy, Spain & Netherlands, and Canada.
International customers are responsible for any import taxes or custom duties. delivery time may vary depending on location.

All payments are made in Australian dollars (AUD).
Orders are shipped once payment has been received.

Returns

Soli & Isla wants you to loved your new purchase.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason an exchange or credit
note may be made upon request under the following conditions:
~ The customer must contact Soli & Isla before returning items.
~ Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
~ Items must be unworn and without damage, in the original packaging.
~ Made to order and personalised items are final sale.
~ Sale items are final sale. Items purchased using discount codes, excluding the 10% off subscribing offer, are final sale.
Your consumer rights are unaffected by this policy.
